When Jade first came to The Crossing, she was a young mother facing immense challenges and struggling to provide the stability her son deserved. Through the Earn While You Learn program, she gained parenting skills, emotional support, and the encouragement to rebuild her life.

With the help of our dedicated staff and volunteers, Jade not only overcame her struggles but also found a renewed sense of purpose. Today, she is thriving as the Director of Client Services at The Crossing, guiding others on the same path that changed her life. Her journey is a beautiful reminder that love, faith, and community can break cycles of hardship and create a brighter future for generations to come.
